Here's what our Maths Factor families have to say...
My daughter had little confidence in her maths ability, she disliked the online maths system used at school to the point of tears every time it was set as homework. She started using The Maths Factor a year ago, and in that time her confidence, ability and love of maths has completely changed. She recently had an assessment at school and was judged to be working at a level 18 months ahead of where she is in her true age. I am completely confident this is due to The Maths Factor, thank you so much for giving my daughter the confidence in her ability.
I just want to let you know that my boys love the new leaderboard. It's a great addition and a great new motivation for boys who have been using The Maths Factor for over a year.
Good news. Two children now in mainstream school and loving it.
Thank you and Carol for an amazing programme that gave a little boy the boost that sent the whole cycle and helped him begin to believe in himself. He started in mainstream on Thursday and is so happy.
Esme starts secondary school in September and, thanks to The Maths Factor, is in a brilliant place with her maths and all set for secondary.
I'm really glad we found The Maths Factor; it's made a huge difference for her. The Graduation Day ceremonies she attended with her Dad made her so proud of her achievements in maths and appreciate how her hard work had paid off for her.
I just want to say a big thank you for the Maths Factor course.
It's been a fantastic opportunity for Michelle to build a good foundation in maths for her academic journey. She's been top of her class in maths ever since she enrolled on the course.
As a busy parent and not with enough money to afford a private maths tutor, the Maths Factor has been a good value for my money.
I'm very happy and proud of Michelle's achievement
Awesome! I can't tell you how refreshing the format of The Maths' Factor is. My daughter loves it! It is so interactive, and encouraging. She is so proud to see her number of correct answers increase after each topic. The 30 Day Challenge, with the promise of a real medal is a big incentive - especially as she understands that she will have properly earned it and it is not something that she just gets for participating. She also loves the map on the homepage, the summer camp, the warm-ups, the tower of achievement to see her progress, etc. Thank you for creating such an interactive way to support her learning.
Zoe has found the 30 day challenges very motivating and it has been heart warming to watch her progress in maths from struggling and believing she was slow and no good at maths to being confident, fast on her multiplication recall, and believing that she really can do it.
My son was not very confident in maths but has really improved since using The Maths Factor. He relates well to Carol's video teaching and the method of learning used on the site. He also enjoys the extra challenges of the different clubs and the 30 day challenge he's doing at the moment, which really encourages regular maths sessions.
My daughter has really been enjoying the September challenge and has made a visible improvement in the speed and accuracy and most importantly confidence of her maths. She is very very exited about the medal at the end of the month.
I am a foster mum and have a little boy. He hated doing maths or any work, and has real problems with very low self esteem. But then came along your maths challenge. He loves it and is determined to win a medal. It's the first time he has actually been given the confidence and it's built his self esteem no end.
